Registered Nurse – Acute Care & Emergency Department Logan Health – Conrad | Conrad, MT Full-Time | 12 hr. / Day Shift Looking to practice a broad range of skills in a rural hospital where every day feels meaningful? Our 20-bed Critical Access Hospital is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team in both Acute Care and the Emergency Department. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current Montana RN license or compact license required
  • One year of experience in a hospital or similar setting preferred
  • Certifications required (or willingness to obtain within first year): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC/ENPC
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • A calm, capable, and compassionate presence – especially in rural emergency care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care in both acute and emergency settings
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across all age groups
  • Collaborate closely with providers, therapists, and other clinical staff
  • Respond to dynamic patient needs with calm, confidence, and clinical expertise
  • Cross-train in other care areas including outpatient or surgical services as needed
  • Document thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record
  • Help onboard and support new staff as part of our growing team
