About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The NICU RN provides expert care to critically ill newborns, including premature infants and those with congenital disorders, using advanced clinical skills, technology, and a family-centered approach.
Requirements
- Current New York State RN license in good standing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
Nice To Haves
- Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC)
- Experience with EPIC
- Bilingual skills are a plus (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Russian)
