About The Position
Our Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families. BAYADA offers an excellent onboarding and training experience, including hands-on skills training in a simulation lab and in-home meet and greets with clients before independent work. Nurses receive 24/7 on-call support for clinical and administrative questions and enjoy an incredible culture and team environment with the independence of a home care nurse. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, complying with all state/local mandates, and is celebrating 50 years of service.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school
