Theâ¯Registered Nurse (RN)â¯will be on our Carol Ball Medicine Unit (CBMU).⯠CBMU cares for medical/surgical and geriatrics, and dementia patients.⯠The staff on this unit are very innovated, collaborative, eager and upbeat!⯠Pilot quality improvement programs are often initiated on this unit. This unit promotes professional development and growth in your chosen career path. Theâ¯Registered Nurse, RN,â¯is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities. Requirements
- RN license in Maryland or compact state
- CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (Required to be enroll in a BSN Program within one year of hire and complete the program within 5 years)
- New Grad welcome to apply!

- Previous experience as a patient care tech or student nurse tech is helpful
