Pay $37.26 - $43.47 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Schedule The candidate hired must be able to pick-up all three shifts and can expect to work to cover full-time employee PTO and special projects. On-site Location 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315 Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services (EHS) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to our employees, promoting wellness and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. The RN will respond to medical emergencies, perform post-offer physical examinations, provide case management, assess for return to work, manage the medical aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, and assist in health-related programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years nursing experience
  • Current Tennessee RN License
  • CPR certified
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle frequent interruptions
  • Computer proficient

Nice To Haves

  • COHN or COHN-S certification
  • Case Management certification
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

  • Workers’ Compensation case management
  • Working as liaison with the safety department
  • Administering drug/alcohol tests as necessary
  • Conducting pre-employment physicals and drug screens
  • Coordinating and participating in various health and wellness programs
  • Securing medical files and maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • Providing first aid treatment
