Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine caring attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient health and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other nurses to create and follow care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Promote a positive and safe environment for patients and staff.
