In addition to hourly compensation, this role includes commission opportunities based on IV therapy volume and other performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IV therapy, emergency medicine, infusion services, or related clinical setting
  • Strong IV insertion skills with a high success rate
  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient engagement skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
  • Strong sales and customer service aptitude
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation abilities
  • Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, review of medical history, and evaluation of potential contraindications.
  • Perform safe and accurate IV insertions, injections, and infusion therapy with a high level of skill and consistency.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatments for adverse reactions and intervene appropriately when necessary.
  • Maintain sterile technique and ensure all clinical procedures meet OSHA, HIPAA, and company safety standards.
  • Prepare, manage, and store medical equipment, infusion supplies, and medications according to protocol.
  • Provide a welcoming, professional, and calming experience for all patients.
  • Educate clients on available treatment options, wellness benefits, and service offerings.
  • Build rapport and trust with patients to support long-term engagement and care.
  • Recommend additional wellness services or products based on patient needs and established protocols.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and encourage return visits.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, consents, and clinical notes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage inventory of IV solutions, vaccines, and clinical supplies; notify management regarding restocking needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment at all times.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and company-sponsored training sessions.
  • Support promotional activities and wellness events as needed.
