About The Position
Chestertown Nursing and Rehab is a mid-sized facility led by an administrator focused on support and service for staff and residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital part of the care team, providing daily attention and support to residents. Your role extends beyond clinical skills to creating meaningful connections that offer comfort, dignity, and reassurance. Through your dedication, you will enhance residents' quality of life and provide peace of mind for their families.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices
- Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care
- Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome-focused through utilization of the nursing process
