Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (LTC/SNF preferred)
Current BLS certification
Strong communication, clinical, and assessment skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments quickly

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Respond to medical emergencies and follow appropriate protocols
Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations
