Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience as a Circulator or in a similar surgical nursing role
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
  • Flexibility to work PRN hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
