About The Position
Jet Health, Inc. / Klarus Personal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a very PRN role within our home health care team. This position is ideal for an RN who excels at leadership, oversight, and quality assurance—ensuring high standards of care are met by Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), rather than providing direct patient care. Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Colorado or valid Compact RN License
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with home care or supervisory roles a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each client
- Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance checks in clients’ homes
- Evaluate the performance and competency of Personal Care Associates (PCAs)
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to PCAs to support compliance and high-quality service
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of visits, assessments, and staff evaluations
- Collaborate with agency leadership to maintain regulatory and clinical standards
