Requirements
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
- Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel.
- Demonstrated proficiency in wound care, Foley catheter insertion and removal, PICC line and IV dressing changes, wound vacuum dressing changes, ostomy/ileostomy management, venipunctures, and Pleurex catheter drainage.
- Associate's degree or higher in nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, primarily in Plymouth and surrounding areas.
- Utilize your critical thinking and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform a range of essential nursing skills, including wound care, Foley catheter insertion and removal, PICC line and IV dressing changes, wound vacuum dressing changes, ostomy/ileostomy management, venipunctures, and Pleurex catheter drainage.
- Provide LNA supervision.
- Work independently while being a valued member of our collaborative team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in a rotating weekend and on-call schedule to ensure continuous patient support.
- Travel to patient homes in various weather conditions.
