About The Position
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive in-home assessments
- Perform medical, social, and environmental assessments
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Develop and document a plan of care
- Obtain and coordinate physician (MD) orders
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Conduct Aide supervision visits as required
