Requirements
- RN or LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients’ homes
- Must pass a criminal background check and have current CPR certification

- Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home nursing care and administer prescribed treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Educate patients and their families about health and wellness
