Registered Nurse

DaVita Kidney Care
Onsite

About The Position

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide life-giving care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. DaVita, meaning 'giving life,' is committed to delivering empathetic and compassionate care, aiming to be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice. No prior dialysis experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided, potentially in a different facility or training clinic. The position requires flexibility to float to various clinics during and after training and to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nurses will build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting, working as part of a supportive team. They will deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge, and will oversee patient observations, vital sign measurements, and machine setup with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). DaVita is recognized as a clinical leader, with a high percentage of facilities meeting or exceeding CMS standards, and expects its nurses to be committed to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. DaVita strives to be a community first and a company second, fostering a sense of belonging for all teammates.
