Requirements

  • Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of Missouri.
  • Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Must have and maintain current Missouri RN license in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document monthly head-to-toe assessments of residential clients in their homes.
  • Maintain communication with agency management and the client’s support team, documenting all changes in health status and needs.
  • Ensure staff supervision and specialized instruction are conducted and documented as necessary.
  • Complete monthly documentation for activities related to the role and ensure annual authorized units are delivered.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required, including Level 1 Med Aide Instructor duties if assigned.
  • Assist the Regional Director in responding to relevant reviews and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
