Chariton Specialty Care, a 60-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Chariton, IA, is now hiring! Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Package (Days) Location: Chariton Specialty Care – Chariton, Iowa Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: Starting wage $42/hour + $8/hour weekend shift differential on applicable weekend hours Join Chariton Specialty Care as a Weekend Package RN and enjoy a consistent schedule, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during daytime weekend shifts. Requirements
- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate care
- Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care during daytime weekend shifts
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
- Monitor resident health, update care plans, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
