About The Position

Our NeuroRestorative facility located in San Dimas, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more. Requirements

• Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Minimum one year of experience
• Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
• Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments
• Implementing health care plans
• Monitoring patients’ conditions
• Collaborate with teams of physicians and external medical centers partners
• Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to best meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs
