About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team. This office works with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. One-year prior clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required; Home Health experience preferred, but not required. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Requirements

  • A current Colorado nursing license in good standing
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • One-year prior clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required
