About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OB/GYN team. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, labor & delivery, or related specialty preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an OB/GYN outpatient setting.
• Support providers during examinations, procedures, and in-office treatments.
• Perform patient triage, obtain medical histories, administer medications, and conduct patient education.
• Assist with prenatal monitoring, and postpartum support.
• Manage order sets, care coordination, and follow-up communication with patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, administrative staff, and care coordinators to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and organizational policies.
