Job Summary: Location: Methodist Hospital Address: 8303 Dodge St. Omaha, NE Up to $15,000 sign on bonus and $10,000 tuition reimbursement Work Schedule: Nights 7pm to 7am, Full-Time and Part-Time Options Available The Nurse Enrichment Team (NET) offers new graduate RNs a unique opportunity to launch their careers with broad and diverse experience across seven medical-surgical units: Rehabilitation, Short Stay, Oncology, Medical-Surgical, Medical Observation, Acute Care for the Elderly, and Orthopedic-Neurology. All NET RNs will begin with a 6-week orientation on one of the seven units, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical skills and patient care. Following orientation, RNs will rotate through each unit in two-month assignments, gaining equal exposure to a wide variety of patient populations and clinical practices. During the first week of each rotation, you’ll receive 1–3 shifts of float orientation to help you adapt to the unique environment of that unit. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive med-surg experience while preparing you for the next steps in your career. By building confidence and competence across multiple specialties, the Nurse Enrichment Team serves as a strong pathway to higher acuity roles in nursing, including critical care and specialty practice areas.
