Requirements

Valid MN Registered Nurse license
Interest in visiting clients in their homes in the Bemidji and surrounding area

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule your visits
Travel around the service area to provide oversight of the personal care services being offered by our caregivers
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help provide the best care possible to our clients
Provide clinical supervision to our caregivers, making sure they are following the care plan and inspiring them to provide excellent care
