Help save lives at OHL! Job Summary Odyssey House Louisiana, Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Community Health Center. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role is a full-time grant funded position by the Hepatitis C Elimination Initiative Pilot. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates patient care for participants in the agency’s Hepatitis C (HCV) grant program within the Federally Qualified Health Center. This role offers direct clinical support, including monitoring patient progress, facilitating access to HCV treatment, and providing education on prevention, treatment options, and overall liver health. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN is responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality care. The RN also serves as a patient advocate, helping participants navigate barriers to treatment, empowering them to make informed health decisions, and supporting them throughout their HCV care journey.
