We are seeking an experienced PRN Registered Nurse to join our team in the Venice and Sarasota, FL area. In this role, you will provide high-quality, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Services will be delivered under the Plan of Treatment established with the physician and in collaboration with the patient and caregiver, ensuring safe recovery and an improved quality of life. Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required
At least 1 year of OASIS experience required
Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Florida
Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, compassionate, and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
