About The Position
Baptist Health is looking for a Registered Nurse in our Day Stay unit at Baptist Jacksonville. This is a fast paced peri-operative unit, specializing in PreOp and Phase 2 recovery. As a Registered Nurse in our Day Stay unit you will be reponsible for: Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case This is a fast paced peri-operative unit, specializing in PreOp and Phase 2 recovery. Requirements
- 2-3 years Surgical Services Experience Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
Nice To Haves
- Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred
