About The Position

VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time or part time Case Manager roles. Schedules available: Monday- Friday, work 3- 5 days from 8a-4:30p or 8a-3p. Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules. Territory: Natick, Framingham and surrounding towns. $10,000.00 Sign on Bonus, pro-rated based on schedule. Requirements

• Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
• Good standing MA RN License
• 1 year of med/surg experience
• Willingness to travel within a territory.

• 1 year of acute care experience helpful
