About The Position
At Nuclear Care Partners, Registered Nurses (RNs) provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. This role involves delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. RNs are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values their contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes. The company is nurse-founded and led, understanding and prioritizing the nursing experience, offering a supportive culture with autonomy and flexibility, and consistent scheduling.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Must pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
