Requirements
- Must have a current, valid AZ RN License or compact equivalent
- Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Previous acute care hospital experience in the desired specialty preferred
- BLS certification from an approved AHA training facility is required at the time of hire
- Unit-specific certifications/licensure may be required
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Culturally sensitive; bilingual preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (EMR navigation, documentation, email, etc.)
