About The Position
Performs a wide variety of nursing care activities &/or administrative duties to Cardiology medical office outpatients under the direct supervision of a licensed physician or licensed mid-level provider. Collaborates with other health care professionals and agencies to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program.
- Current NC RN license or licensure from Nursing Compact State.
- BCLS certification from the American Heart Association required within three months of employment date.
- One year experience in Cardiology clinical patient care such as but not limited to; Treadmill performance and EKGs.
- Given specialized training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of Electrophysiology duties and Anticoagulation Therapy Clinic within one year of employment.
- Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within three months of employment date.
