About The Position
VNA Care is hiring RN Case Managers for home health visits for our Leominster team with visits in Townsend, Pepperell, Dunstable, Groton, Ayer and surrounding towns. Home Health experience is NOT required; we offer an extensive Home Health orientation program! Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, need to adjust for a part time schedule. $10K Sign on Bonus. Schedules: 8a-3p or 8a-4:30p, three to five days, Monday - Friday Company Benefits start on day 1, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more, per week, and pro-rated. Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor, in the field, for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. Requirements
- Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
- Good standing MA RN License
- 1 year of med/surg experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.

- 1 year of acute care experience helpful
