About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where the RN will work directly with patients in various acute care units such as ICU, CCU, and ED. Responsibilities include delivering inpatient dialysis therapies (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, apheresis), collaborating with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitoring patients, adjusting treatment, ensuring quality outcomes, and overseeing patient care with the help of PCTs. No prior dialysis experience is required as paid training will be provided. The role involves floating between Muskegon and Grand Rapids facilities. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification (preferred)

Responsibilities
