Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Document patient information, medical histories, and vital signs accurately and maintain thorough records using electronic health systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement effective care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
