Requirements
- 2+ Years of Experience
- Attendance:must be committed to reporting for all assigned shifts and be on time.
- Must be competent with Cardiac medications (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex,) and have knowledge of titration and application of these medications.
- Must be competent in telemetry and possess knowledge of heart rhythms.
- Must possess critical thinking skills, be able to recognize change in patient status and intervene
- Must possess knowledge of signs/symptoms of stroke, recognize change in patient status and intervene.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Active American Heart Association ACLS
- Active NIHSS Certification
- Nursys must show Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN License
- Ohio license
- ACLS (AHA)
