Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Prior acute psychiatric / behavioral health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards, hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure patient safety through continuous assessment, observation, and crisis intervention.
- Supervise the Medication Administration process and monitor therapeutic responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized treatment plans.
- Document care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
