Your Role: As an RN, you'll help supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop long-term care plans, administer medications, and follow up with families to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
- Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and protect their rights.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA laws and related regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work every day.
- All employees must pass state-specific background checks before contact with patients/residents.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Four to six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
Responsibilities

- Promptly document care and observations in the clinical record using standard guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents' physicians and families
- Administer medications, observe and report responses, and manage medication records
- Assist with or initiate emergency measures for sudden adverse developments
- Help lead a shift with fellow RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering strong relationships and compliance with policies
- Ensure all nursing documentation accurately reflects the care provided
- Promote optimal safety and effectiveness in medication management
- Follow clinical policies, procedures, and federal/state guidelines
- Ensure regular attendance for assigned shifts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and protect resident rights
- Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude
