The RN provides direct clinical care, communicates changes in patient condition to the provider team, and ensures adherence to all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Ventilator management experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience rerquired.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care on the Medical/Surgical Unit.
- Perform assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
