We’re currently hiring in Elkin, Lowgap, and the surrounding areas, offering flexible hours, weekly pay, comprehensive training, and a supportive team dedicated to your success. Our Winston-Salem and Greensboro skilled nursing offices proudly serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area including (not limited to): Surry County: Elkin, Dobson, Mt. Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program

- $28–34/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum three shifts/month)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
