About The Position

Join our growing Neurosurgery Clinic team and make a meaningful impact on patients facing complex and life-changing procedures such as brain tumor surgeries, spinal fusions, and discectomies. As an RN, you’ll provide a mix of patient education, nurse-only visits, and phone triage support. You’ll work closely with neurosurgeons, advanced practice clinicians, and a supportive nursing team to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Active RN licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Neuroscience, Med-Surg, or Rehab preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct nurse-only visits for pre-op and post-op care, including patient education, halo vest changes, and wound care
• Support patients through procedures, including Deep Brain Stimulation
• Manage phone triage and in-basket tasks on dedicated rotation days
• Collaborate with clinicians and APCs to ensure seamless patient care
