Responsibilities
- Perform patient procedures and administer care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Safely administer medications, closely monitoring patient responses and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and care coordination strategies.
- Provide nursing care for a designated group of patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all activities and care provided.
