About The Position

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing services, training, and support to address the medical or psychiatric needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, substance abuse issues and/or emotional or behavioral challenges. Requirements

  • Accredited RN degree
  • current state RN license
  • current CPR/First Aid certification
  • One year of experience
  • Clinical assessment
  • critical thinking

  • Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Would be assigned to programs in that region, be responsible for supervision of LPNs in that region as well as the potential to be sign up to become a Medication Administration Trainer for the state
