Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurses (Registered Nurse) are responsible for the operation of the ambulatory surgical center and provide direct patient care, demonstrating care and compassion to patients while guiding them through their treatment experience.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New York
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ACLS Certified
- Experience in outpatient surgery centers or operating rooms
Responsibilities
- Admits, treats and discharges patients
- Monitors and assess patients during pre- and post-operations
- Provides pre and post-operative instructions and communicates results to patients
- Maintains safe and clean work environment
