What We’re Looking For: Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Experience using electronic health records and other healthcare technologies to support high-quality care delivery Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment What You’ll Do: Manage assigned staff, supplies, and equipment, promoting teamwork and ensuring quality care on the unit. Provide supervision, coaching, and in-service education for nursing assistants and medication aides, ensuring compliance with resident needs and regulations. Oversee onboarding and training of new nursing staff to NLCS standards. Assess residents’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, securing additional services as needed. Complete and document admissions, ongoing assessments, and care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Revise care plans based on continual assessment and communicate changes to the RN Care Coach. Demonstrate clinical competence, intervene appropriately, and ensure thorough documentation. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, communicate effectively, and address residents’ psychological needs. Administer treatments, medications, and IV fluids safely and according to policies. Respond promptly to crises, participate in direct care, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Communicate with physicians and supervisors, coordinate testing and procedures, and ensure smooth unit operations. Delegate tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure resident satisfaction. Assist with resident care, emergencies, admissions, discharges, and other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing
