Requirements

Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Active Maryland RN License
Demonstrates strong clinical judgment
Demonstrates empathy
Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans
Play a key role in clinical oversight, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care
