For more information visit www.bbhsnet.com Your role & responsibilities include: Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care Administers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications Check for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy Respond to and assesses resident's medical needs and promotes and provides health care teaching to residents Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriately Function as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner
Requirements
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Utah or authorization to practice in Utah
- Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality
- Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prefer one year of experience, BUT are willing to consider the right new graduate
