Concordia at Rebecca Residence is looking to grow its team with dedicated, passionate, and professional Registered Nurses (RN) for a weekend only position. Requirements

  • Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
  • Current Pennsylvania Licensure as a Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough assessments of residents to identify concerns and support effective nursing care planning and evaluation.
  • Guarantee that all documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and easy to read.
  • Manage physician orders and assist with the required paperwork and referrals to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Foster proactive and professional communication with residents and their families about changes in conditions, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Supervise the quality of care delivered on the unit, including monitoring Nurse Aide documentation, providing coaching and support, and addressing staffing requirements.
