Concordia at Rebecca Residence is looking to grow its team with dedicated, passionate, and professional Registered Nurses (RN) for a weekend only position. Requirements

Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
Current Pennsylvania Licensure as a Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

Perform thorough assessments of residents to identify concerns and support effective nursing care planning and evaluation.
Guarantee that all documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and easy to read.
Manage physician orders and assist with the required paperwork and referrals to ensure adherence to protocols.
Foster proactive and professional communication with residents and their families about changes in conditions, incidents, and resolutions.
Supervise the quality of care delivered on the unit, including monitoring Nurse Aide documentation, providing coaching and support, and addressing staffing requirements.
