About The Position

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients with substance use disorder. Evening and Overnight shifts available. New graduates welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor's degree of Nursing required.
• Active Registered Nurse license by the State of Minnesota.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of mental health nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of health status on individual upon admission and discharge.
• Accurately chart all medications, physical, emotional, and mental status.
• Evaluate appropriate referral sources for client upon discharge.
• Participate in the development and modification of a plan of care.
• Implement physician order's .
• Preform general nursing procedures and care to clients.
• Provide oversight to clients in withdrawal regimens or clients with monitored sobriety.
• Make behavioral observations of clients and potential clients.
