About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their outpatient dialysis team. In this role, the nurse will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. The position emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care, and no prior dialysis experience is required. The role involves direct patient care, monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, and responding to health changes. Nurses will collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, and educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, offering long-term patient relationships and broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed
