About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team on the evening shift. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams in a long-term care environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Recent experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or nursing home setting
• Hands-on experience with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health record system
• Ability to work evening shifts as scheduled
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to appropriate medical staff
• Document care, assessments, and interventions using PointClickCare
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
