Requirements

  • Active Maryland RN license
  • compassionate, skilled, and ready to provide exceptional care

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Assess residents’ health status and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly to clinical needs
  • Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident progress
  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs/GNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
  • Demonstrate a kind, patient, and empathetic approach while promoting dignity, comfort, and resident well‑being
