Performs varied professional nursing work (i.e., assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care provided to patients). Observes and reports symptoms and reactions of patients and takes appropriate actions. Directs and guides patient/family teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel. Serves as team leader and/or charge nurse as assigned and performs within the scope of professional practice and license. Starting Wage: $40.61 The posted wage is in accordance with the respective collective bargaining agreement and is the current starting or new graduate wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position, which may warrant a higher wage in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors consistent with the relevant collective bargaining agreement.
